■Solar Tracker Split Bearings
GSQB is a split bearing specially developed for solar trackers. It has the characteristics of high load capacity, simple installation, self-lubricating and maintenance-free, and high UV resistance. In order to simplify on-site assembly and improve assembly efficiency, the internal ball and the external bearing housing with a split design; in order to further increase the radial pulling force on the bearing due to reverse wind resistance, the upper cover of the bearing is reinforced with a galvanized steel clamp.
■Bearing material design
The inner ball is made of corrosion-resistant, UV-aging resistant and friction-optimized composite material DURAPLAS® MN527, the bearing housing is made of high-strength and UV-aging resistant composite material DURAPLAS® M163, and the metal clamp is made of high-strength galvanized steel.
