What are the characteristics of CSB-EPB® plastic plain bearings materials?

The reason why CSB-EPB® plastic plain bearings materials have excellent self-lubricity and wear resistance is that CSB engineers make full use of self-lubricating material modification technology. The use of high-strength fibers in high-performance engineering plastics increases the load capacity of the material, and the use of special greases reduces the friction coefficient of the material. Thereby it improves the overall wear resistance of the material and extend the service life of the bearings. High-performance engineering plastics are used as wear-resistant carriers, the reinforced fibers improve the bearing and impact resistance of the bearings, special grease reduces the friction coefficient of the bearings and create self-lubrication function.
