CSB® launched CSB-LIN®P-C series precision linear bearings for high temperature compensation clearance
CSB-LIN®P precision linear bearings have the same dimensional accuracy as metal ball linear bearings, but they have higher load capacity and extremely low operating noise. The sliding film uses TEFPLAS® composite material to achieve permanent maintenance-free, low friction coefficient, suitable for high and low temperature operation at ±200℃; CSB-LIN®P precision linear bearing products have higher load capacity than traditional metal rolling linear bearings and maintenance-free without oil and no noise operation; Compared with CSB-LIN® plastic linear bearing, CSB-LIN®P precision linear bearings can take higher operation speed and wider applicable temperature range.
CSB introduced CSB-LIN®P-C series as a new size of linear bearing and shaft fit compensation clearance, all other dimensions are the same as precision bearings. C series linear bearings are mainly suitable for high temperature of 200℃ running clearance compensation and parallel shaft applications. In many parallel axis applications, CSB-LIN®P standard precision linear bearings will run on one axis, and CSB-LIN®P-C series precision linear bearings will run on another axis to adapt to the application of slight asymmetrical two parallel axes.
