As the "joint core" of PV tracking brackets, the GSQB-120-075-EC achieves triple guarantees in material selection: the ball is made of customized bearing material M127, integrating UV aging resistance, low friction and high wear resistance, calmly coping with long-term outdoor exposure and high-frequency rotation loss; the base is made of high-strength M163 material, which can resist harsh climates such as high temperature and humidity, and day-night temperature difference after strict UV and damp-heat aging environment tests; the hoop is made of surface-plated high-strength steel, which has passed rigorous durability verification, ensuring no rust or corrosion risks during 25 years of outdoor use, and greatly extending the product service life and power plant maintenance cycle.

In terms of structural design, the new product has achieved two breakthrough upgrades: first, the ball adopts an extended design. Compared with the previous generation GSQB-120 bearing, the maximum allowable vertical swing angle of the square tube bracket is increased to 27°, which completely solves the installation problem in sites with large slopes, allowing PV modules to adapt to terrain more flexibly and maximize solar irradiation capture; second, the plastic upper cover is innovatively canceled and replaced with a high-strength metal upper cover with an arc spherical design. While enhancing structural stability, it effectively reduces the overall height of the bearing, is more suitable for compact bracket layouts, and directly reduces procurement and application costs for users.
