FLEXMOV® is CSB’s dedicated high‑flex cable portfolio for drag‑chain dynamic motion, covering six main families: FMC control cables, FMD data cables, FMB bus cables, FMM motor power cables, FMV servo cables and FME encoder‑measurement cables, satisfying full harness requirements for automation equipment. Conductors adopt ultra‑fine copper wires with optimized stranding pitch to achieve multi‑million‑cycle bending fatigue life, fundamentally different from ordinary flexible cables. Optimized shielding delivers outstanding EMC anti‑interference performance for stable signal transmission under harsh industrial environments. Three jacket grades are provided: 6XX series with PVC jacket as economical grade for low‑speed short‑stroke conditions; 8XX series with TPE jacket featuring excellent hydrolysis‑resistance and microbial‑resistance; 9XX series with high‑performance PUR jacket resisting oil, coolant and ageing, preferred for high‑speed long‑stroke demanding conditions. Operating temperature ranges from ‑55 ℃ to +100 ℃. Some variants adopt silicone‑free formulation to avoid silicone precipitation which causes painting defects.
FMC serves general‑purpose control loops; FMD for high‑speed twisted‑pair data transmission; FMB for Profinet, EtherCAT and other industrial field‑buses; FMV dedicated for servo motors; FME for encoder and sensor feedback signals; FMM for motor power supply.
